Whitland 5 : 2 Carmarthen Quins U9's


The Quins Under Nines played two entertaining games of rugby In Whitland On Sunday.

In the first game against the home side the quins put in some excellent tackles and their support play was superb. In loose play William Thompson showed flair and managed to feed the ball back to the Quins on numerous occasions. Rhys Thomas, Rhys Peach and Aled True made some good breaks. The final score was 5-2 to Whitland with Rhys Peach and Trystan Davies being the Quins’ scorers.

 
Milford Haven 3 : 5 Carmarthen Quins U9's

 

During the second game against Milford Haven the Quins prospered from their efforts. Morgan Morse put in some crunching tackles and also scored one of the five tries. In yet another outstanding performance Trystan Davies scored the other four tries for the Quins bringing the final score to 5-3 to the Quins.
